Back in college, I was challenged to build a personal brand as part of a digital marketing class at Bryant University. That’s when Pacifico Eats was born. It became a creative outlet where I could share my love for cooking, coffee, and all things food. What started as a class project turned into something more meaningful, combining my passion for content creation with the joy of sharing meals, trying new recipes, and finding my personal brand’s voice.

I grew up in Westford, MA, and now live in Boston, where I’m focused on building my professional career in marketing within the high-tech B2B startup space. While I don’t update this website or the Instagram anymore, I’ve kept it live as a reminder of where my love for marketing began. Maybe one day I’ll bring it back.

(#BringBackPacificoEats was even trending for a while)
